Reputation plays an important role in keeping Purse safe and reliable. Peer reviews incentivize users to deliver on commitments.

We take these reviews seriously. Users who consistently earn low ratings will be restricted by level and in some cases may be banned from using Purse.

Uh oh, I gave a low rating by mistake.
If you accidentally submitted a low rating and would like it changed, you may send a request to have it changed. Contact a customer support representative.

I just received a low rating, will you change it for me?

As a policy, we do not make changes to user submitted feedback. We will only make changes under our discretion, based on extreme or complex circumstances.

Messaging support repeatedly to make changes to your feedback because you felt it was unfair will not result in you getting your feedback changed.
