Processing a Return or Refund
We follow Amazon guidelines for return dates and requirements. Items shipped from Amazon.com, including Amazon Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. If you want to return your item, you will need to request a return label from the Amazon return link, this link can be found in your order's page (that includes if your item arrived damaged or if the incorrect item was sent).

Please keep a copy of the return label generated by Amazon. If there are any further issues, having this return label will help us resolve your issue quicker.
Amazon will offer you several options to return the item, the most popular one is to generate a QR code that will let you return the item in a UPS store. This means that you won't have to print a return label nor pack the item. Simply show up in a UPS store once your return request is approved with the QR code and they will pack and send the item back to Amazon.
If your gift return is authorized, Amazon or the Amazon Merchant will process your refund as an Amazon.com Gift Card. The Gift Card will be added to the account you used to generate your return from the Online Returns Center. Once the refund is processed, Amazon will send you a confirmation e-mail.
If you’re an Earner processing the refund, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used to complete the purchase. (All Amazon refunds are subject to Amazon’s refund policies outlined at About Refunds
Keep in mind that Amazon will ask you to:
Prepare your package for return: Pack your item securely in the original packaging or a sturdy box with packing bubbles. Insert any necessary paperwork. Attach your return label to the package.
Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected. For more information on the return shipping options, go to About Return Shipping.
If the Earner's account has ongoing issues...
If Amazon cannot refund a Shopper due to an on-going issue with the Earner’s Amazon account, Purse will debit the Earner’s account in order to refund the Shopper if the situation cannot be resolved with Amazon.
If your order was canceled, but not by you...

Warranty for most items is directly handled with the manufacturers, so you will be able to get support from them. There is a small number of items which have a specific warranty procedures with Amazon, we might not be able to honor warranty for such items.
