Account suspensions

We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts which negatively impact others in our community. Repeated, flagrant behavior will result in a ban. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse of our support system.

Possible Reasons for Ban:

Frequent cancellations
Failure to provide order IDs or tracking information
Cancelling orders on Amazon repeatedly
Incomplete purchases
Refund abuse
