2 Factor Authentication (2FA)

Securing your account with 2FA

We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using Google Authenticator or Authy! This extra layer of security protects your funds even if someone has stolen your username and password.

To setup, simply go to your Account by clicking on your username in the header then navigating to Security tab:



Click 'Enable Two-Factor' and follow the instructions provided.

Once set up, we will request the special 2FA code provided by Google Authenticator or Authy whenever you log in from a new device.

How to disable your Two-Factor Authentication:
You will need to contact our support team and provide them the following

a selfie picture of you holding your ID, where your name is clearly visible
the last BTC address you used to withdraw/deposit
the phone number associated with your account (if any)
any other information our support team considers relevant to verify your identity as the account holder
